Depending on the carrier, tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Free shipping special: For a limited time scarletlabel.com is offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100. This offer is only available to the continental US. Shipments to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska must use standard UPS shipping.
Free Shipping Offers: Some items may ship for free. All items with Free Shipping will ship via UPS Ground only, no exceptions. If an item with Free Shipping is added to your cart, no shipping cost will be incurred. If other items are added to your order along with an item with Free Shipping, a shipping cost will be incurred for only the items without Free Shipping. Purchasing an item with Free Shipping means only that item will ship for free and does not mean, in the event of other items being purchased, that the entire order will be eligible for free shipping. All Free Shipping offers are only available to the lower 48 States only, whether it is stated in the product description or Free Shipping Offer or not. International, Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for free shipping offers.
Returns
ReturnsRefunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. scarletlabel.com does not charge restocking fees, but original shipping cost and return shipping will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are given after goods arrive at our warehouse in their original unopened and unused condition with tags/stickers still affixed if applicable. Under no circumstances are opened or used products accepted for return. Opened and used products will be refused and returned to the sender.
Shipping cost deduction for orders shipped with a free shipping promotion.
If your order was placed under a free shipping promotion the original shipping cost for that item will be deducted from your refund. If the return brings your order value under the $100 free shipping threshold shipping will applied to your order and deducted from your refund.
Ordering
Orders placed on scarletlabel.com will be processed within 48 hours and will be shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested.
